6ix9ine has been released from prison and transferred to a Witness Facility.
It’s currently reported that Tekashi has been transferred to a Federal Facility frequently used to house witnesses who cooperating with the Feds.
Tekashi’s transfer was facilitated Wednesday night. It’s also reported that Tekashi has asked to be kept away from units that keep Crips and Bloods.
TMZ has reached out to Lance Lazzaro, Tekashi’s lawyer, who wouldn’t comment on whether or not Tekashi is giving information to the feds, and cooperating. He only said that the transfer was for “Security reasons”.
Tekashi was in Prison until Wednesday, and kept in the General Population among dangerous criminals and gang members.
Tekashi and his former associates including his former manager, “Shottie”, were arrested on Racketeering charges, and Firearm charges, where Tekashi is being charged with an Armed robbery he’s said to have personally carried out back in April.
Tekashi is, or was, facing multiple charges that carried life sentences, a minimum of 25 years, and guaranteed prison time if found guilty. Tekashi is now reported to be a in federal facility that houses people who cooperate with the federal authorities.
