Court documents of Kenneth Petty, Nicki Minaj’s new boyfriend, and his rxpe case have been released.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the 16 year old girl explained to the cops that she was in a situation where she was abducted by Kenneth Petty.
The victim said that on September 16th 1994, Kenneth Petty came up behind her when she was walking down the street and stuck a “hard circular object” in her back and made a “Clicking sound”. She said she thought the object was a gun, so she followed his instructions when he said, “Keep walking”.
They walked to an address down the street. She says when they entered the building Kenneth Petty forced her up the stairs, and again, she believed there was a gun to her back, so she went.
Here’s part of how the police report describes the incident, obtained by The Blast,
When they got upstairs, the female victim says Petty:
“laid his weight on top … pinched her sides and squeezed her neck causing her to sustain bruises and pain.”
She then says that Petty forced his penis inside her vagina.
The girl says when she tried to escape, he pulled out a knife and told her she couldn’t leave. She then says she eventually hit Petty with a plastic bottle and managed to run away.
She said she reported the crime to the police the very day, and the police came to his house to arrest him. When the police came, they say he asked “what am I being arrested for,” “I didn’t do anything”.
When the police brought up the girl’s name, Petty claimed that he hadn’t seen her at all that day. He later changed his story to say that he had seen her at a bus stop that day, and they just had a conversation, and he went back home and fell asleep.
Petty was charged rxpe in the 1st degree, sexual abuse in the 1st degree, unlawful imprisonment in the 2nd degree, assault in the 2nd degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree.
He later got a deal, and plead down to attempted rxpe in the 1st degree and served 4 years in prison. He’s still a registered sex offender.
Nicki Minaj says to leave her boyfriend alone, and that we’ve all sinned before, and we act like we’re all perfect and never sinned.
Kenneth Petty also served 7 years in prison after shooting a man, and was charged with Manslaughter.
