R. Kelly is now under criminal investigation following the documentary “Surviving R Kelly”.
The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has opened an investigation into the allegations that were made on Lifetime’s documentary “Surviving R Kelly”.
It’s reported that the investigation was launched as a direct result of the docuseries.
It’s confirmed that investigators reached out Asante McGee, one of the woman who escaped R Kelly’s home.
Jocelyn Savage’s family has also been reached out go, and has been confirmed to be cooperating with investigators.
Investigators have also been reported to asking for the contact information of all those involved.
It’s also reported that all allegations that were made on the documentary will be investigated, this includes allegations that R Kelly had sex/raped Aaliyah when she was 15 years old.
R Kelly was accused of having sex with 15 year old Aaliyah, and gis entourage have personally said they saw it directly with their own eyes.
A lot of people on the documentary say they’ve witnessed R Kelly use his power to sexual assault, molest, and have sex with underage girls.
His Ex wife, ex friends, family, and a number of celebrities have appeared on the show to speak about the type of person R Kelly is, his hold on the black community and the allegations.
Many are hoping that there will finally be some justice through this investigation.
